Recommendations previous to Returns and Exchanges:

If you require an Exchange, you must know that the articles that don’t have the original label, hangtags and hygiene protectors correctly in place, if items are damaged, washed anyway, stained, used will not be received as exchanges/returns (no exceptions). If we receive items in this conditions, this will be returned back to the buyer and this person will pay for transportation and other duties.
