To search for products, you can navigate the category menu or use the magnifying glass.
Once you have chosen the product that you wish, select color, size and add to the shopping cart ny clicking the ADD TO CART button.
Once you have added the product, you can continue shopping and adding products to your cart. When you have finished adding the products, go to your shopping cart found on the upper right size of the website and click: FINISH PURCHASE.
Add your email address to continue the process. Complete the personal information forms and delivery information.
Select the paying method you will use.
Once you finish, verify your email to find the order confirmation and wait for you order to deliver at your door.
¿How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, please insert the information in the empty space “Coupon code” in the shopping cart. The amount of the discount will be automatically deducted from the total of the order.
Please make sure you are writing the information of the coupon correctly including capital letters and numbers.
¿Do the prices include Taxes?
No, the products and prices on our website do not include any special taxes that may be charged according to your specific country or delivery address.

¿How long does it take to deliver the products to me and what is the shipping cost?
Our delivery times are determined by the address of your location. This can take from 2 to 6 working days depending on the location. When you complete the information of your address, the platform will determine the option of service you can choose, and it will let you know the timing of delivery.
The cost of the shipping will also be calculated when you add the address information.
Please remember we have free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Make sure to check it.
¿How do I track my order?
To track your order please click the “Track my order” section in the footer of the webpage. It will take you directly to the transportation company website.
¿What happens if I am not in the address when the package is delivered?
If you are not located in the shipping address when the delivery is coming, someone else can receive the package for you. It there is no one available to receive the package, then the transportation will try again later that day. If the transportation company returns 2 times and there is no one available to receive the package, then the package will be returned to our address.

¿How much time do I have to return or exchange a product?
To make an Exchange you have until 15 calendar days arter your order has been delivered. To make a return, you have 5 business days. To return your producto and receive the money back. For more details, please review our returns, exchanges and returns policies.
¿Can I ask for a return on my order?
Yes, according to the Colombian Law: 1480 de 2011 art. 47, you have until 5 business days to ask for a return of your order and to receive your money back. Product shall be return in perfect conditions, with all the hangtags, hygienic protector and original packaging in perfect conditions. The cost of the return shall be payed by the customer.

¿If I want to exchange a product for another one and the new one is cheaper, do I get the return of the money?
No, you can only Exchange a product for something that costs the same of more.
