To look up for a product you want or like you can navigate through our categories in the menu or you can use our magnifying class icon if you know the style number of the product you are looking for. Our menu is divided in categories for Swimwear (an all around this line), Underwear (an all around this line), and Active wear.
Once you’ve chosen the product you want, select the color and size and add it to you KIBYS bag by clicking the ADD TO CART button.
Once you’ve added the product you can keep navigating and adding more products. When you finish adding the products you want, click you shopping bag on the upper right part of the website.
You’ll find the summary of your purchase and then you can click CHECK OUT.
You must enter your email address to continue to check out. Fill in the information on the form and you shipping address.
Choose the payment method you want. You can either pay with Debit/Credit cards, or other payment methods.
You must verify you purchase confirmation on the email we will send you.
Then, just wait ‘til you receive it and enjoy it!!

Before you finish you purchase, make sure you have completed all your information and filled in all the form. Then check you also completed the payment method information including name, address, number, and security codes.
If you have a discount coupon, you must enter the code in the “have a coupon?, click here to enter your code” section. The value will be discounted immediately from the total value of the purchase. Please make sure you have written the code correctly, including capital letters and numbers.

Shipping times are between 3 y 6 working days depending on the city where the order has to be shipped. When you fill in the form and select the city, the delivery time will be calculated. To track you order you can use the tracking number sent to you when we ship your order and look it up through FEDEX webpage.
If you are not at the address when the order will be delivered, the transporter can leave your order with any person registered in the address at the time of the delivery. If there is no one to receive the order, the transporter will come back the next day. The transporter will do the same for 3 continuous days and if the package is not received then it will be returned back to our warehouse.
You must communicate with us through the “Contact us” section. We will manage the return and exchange of your order for the correct item. Remember the Exchange does not have any additional cost.

¿How much time do I have to return or exchange a product?
The maximum time to require for an Exchange is 15 calendar days after we deliver your order, to exercise the right of withdrawal and receive your money in return you have a maximum of 5 working days after the delivery of the order. According to the right of withdrawal you have a maximum of 5 working days after the delivery of the order. Product must be returned in the same conditions in which your received it. Costs of transportation must be payed by the buyer. To ask for the return, you must contact us through the “Contact us” section and fill in the form.
We can only Exchange products for other that costs the same or more.
