Our orders are shipped Via FEDEX to all different countries.
We have 2 different services: Priority International or Economic International
The Priority service times are approximately 2 to 3 working days* and for the Economic service, the times are 2 or 3 days more than priority service.

Delivery times start to count from the moment you receive the confirmation of your purchase. For purchases with Debit/Credit or PSE, Pay U must approve the purchase. This might take 1 day. Once your purchase has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

Duties and Taxes
Please note, all international packages may be subect to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Any duties or taxes will be payed by customer once the package is delivered.
Recommendations previous to Returns and Exchanges:
Please make sure you are using the appropriate underwear when you are trying our clothes.
If you require an Exchange, you must know that the articles that don’t have the original label, hangtags and hygiene protectors correctly in place, if items are damaged, washed anyway, stained, used will not be received as exchanges/returns (no exceptions).
If we receive items in this conditions, this will be returned back to the buyer and this person will pay for transportation and other duties.
Panties may not be exchanged or returned (no exceptions).
General information for returns and exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return or exchange your product fro something different.
Products for returns and exchanges can NOT be used, stained, washed, and must have all the original hangtags and labels, protectors and be in the same conditions as you received them.
Please make sure that when you apply for a return or exchange you have all the information on the purchase, address, order number, email and indicate the products you are changing or returning.
If possible, we would like to know the reasons why you want to return/Exchange your product. Any feedback is very important for us to be better and better every day.
Exchanges must be done by filling the form “contact us” in our “contact us” section on the website. Make sure you fill in all the information correctly so we can process you request.
KIBYS is not responsible for the articles that can be damaged or lost on the returning delivery. Any articles returned to KIBYS after the timing policies established in our “terms and conditions” will be returned back to you and the additional cost of transportation will be charged to you as well.
KIBYS will return all the articles that are stained, washed, used back to the buyer because we can not re-sell this items.
We will inform you through an email, the reason why the exchange or guarantee will not be done and the article will be returned to the initial shipping address. Costs will have to be payed by the buyer.
*Items on sale or with any special discount, from our “sale” section can NOT be exchanged. This items are discontinued so the legal guarantee is not demandable.
* Exchanges will always be done for the value that the item was purchased.
* Panties are not exchangeable for any reason.
We accept exchanges within 15 calendar days after the order has been shipped.
To apply for an exchange, you must contact us through the “Contact us” section and fill in the form correctly to give you an answer as soon as possible.
You must deliver back the package to the address given down in this section.
When you deliver the product to the transportation Company, the product has to be correctly packed. You can use the same package in which you received the order or you can use one of you preference, however it is important the package is the adequate to guarantee the product will be deliver in perfect conditions.
It is important to take into account that the product cannot me modified, altered in it original form and must be in perfect conditions, clean and with original hangtags and labels.
All deliveries for returns must be shipped back with a prepay method. We recommend to use a secure method that can be easily tracked.

The article exchanged, will not be shipped until we received the article returned and approved.
Exchanges will be processed in 2 working days after received.
In the event that the article has ran out of units, the delay will be notified through email. We will also contact you through email if the article asked for Exchange has been discontinued and we can not complete and satisfy your request.
Right of withdrawal:
Buyer will have the right to withdrawal a product within 5 working days counted from the moment you receive the package. Product shall be returned in the same conditions as you receive it. Costs for return will be assumed by you.
To apply for a return, you must contact us through the “Contact us” section and fill in the form correctly to give you an answer as soon as possible.
In case this conditions are met, KIBYS will return the money, without discounts or retentions. The terms to return the money, can not exceed 30 calendar days.
Cost of deliveries
The delivery cost will be determined in every case depending on the particular address, destination, volume and weight. This value will be calculated in the checkout process and will be showed before you pay.
